  A. Instead of a traditional physical exam by the physician, you complete an online questionnaire and communicate with the physician using our secure online communication system. Your medical history is then reviewed by one of our US licensed physicians and a Free Prescription is written.

Even though online medical reviews will never completely replace traditional medicine, in certain circumstances they do give patients the ability to get treatment for a number of conditions that may not require another physical exam.

  Q. What happens during the Physicians Review or Consultation?  
  A. You will be asked to complete a specialized form detailing your medical history and any current conditions or medications that you maybe taking. All the questions that are asked on the form are the same type of questions your physician would ask you were you to make an office visit.

You may be contacted by the physician who reviews your medical history or by the pharmacist filling your prescription if they need further details prior to approving your request for the prescription.
 
 
       
  Q. How do you fill My Tramadol or Ultram Order?  
  A. Any order placed by residents of the United States is filled from a US based pharmacy with licensed US pharmacists. We do not ship orders internationally.  
 
  Q. How do you get the Tramadol or Ultram Medication to me?

After your order is reviewed by the physician and approved, it is immediately forwarded to the pharmacy for delivery to you. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within one business day. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may safely assume that your order has been processed.

All orders are shipped for Next Day delivery. We MUST have an adult signature at time of delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will most likely be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

 
       
  Q. What if I want to cancel an order I have placed?  
  A. You may cancel your order before the physician approves it. However, the order cannot be cancelled once the physician has approved it.  
 
       
  Q. Can I get a refund on the Medication?  
  A. Unfortunately with all prescription drugs, there are no refunds or exchanges of medications due to Federal Law. The FDA states that prescription medication may not be returned once it is sent from the pharmacy, irrespective of whether its obtained online or from a walk-in pharmacy.
